Good value and timely shipping. Appreciate it!

I've shopped with this company several times, mostly through their Ebay store, but lately I've been using their own site since I found a particular item that was cheaper with shipping. No problems at all.

After I made my payment, I found out they don’t ship to Mauritius. I can’t help but think that’s a bit of a fib, since it seems like they just realized they were losing money on the low shipping fee they offered. They could’ve simply shot me an email to explain the actual shipping costs, which I would’ve paid in a heartbeat. Once I agreed to the new shipping price via email, all they had to do was send me a PayPal invoice for the difference, and I would’ve taken care of it. Instead, they opted to be rude and just canceled my order, refunding me without any thought. I ended up ordering from Pacetech on Amazon a second time, thinking the higher shipping fees would mean I’d actually get my stuff delivered. To my dismay, I faced the same poor treatment there. I’m done with Pacetech for good. Their rudeness is unacceptable, and I can’t stand that kind of disrespect towards customers. The consumer is King, and they really need to get that through their heads. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them due to their lack of tact in resolving issues. Super disappointed.

I bought 2 hkvision cameras, and one of 'em lost its color vision while the other started showing vertical lines from left to right. I reached out to customer support, and they asked me to cover the return shipping costs. That would be around half of what I originally spent, so I’m not even gonna deal with that. Just steer clear and find a different seller.

Items arrived in great shape, plus the pre-sale guidance was solid.

I reached out to Pacetech for some info on a new TP-LINK router, but sadly, nobody from their team responded. I was really hoping to find out if the router I picked could directly replace my current one, especially since I couldn't find any reviews online to help me out. In the end, I just had to place the order and cross my fingers that I made the right choice for what we needed. Thankfully, the ordering and delivery went smoothly, even with all the industrial action going on.

I was able to order a total of four cameras and even paid for next day delivery, but then I discovered they only had two on hand.

I've bought a couple of things from pacetech and never faced any issues. The products always function as expected and match what’s shown on the site... I’ll keep on ordering.

TP-Link Deco M4. Exactly what we were looking for to make sure the wifi reach in our home was on point. Great service and quick shipping.

The pieces themselves are alright, but that Wi-Fi button meant to connect to the main server just ain't functioning right.

After my review, the company reached out to me, and they were really sorry about the situation and clarified how it happened. I've shopped with them a few times before and would usually rate them 5 Stars. Looking back, I was a bit too tough on them, so I've bumped up my overall rating because of that.

It's a bit pointless to buy something that's advertised but not in stock. That said, my earlier purchases of refurbished goods have been fine, just as they were described and have worked without a hitch.

The refurbished item showed up right on schedule, looking 'like new' and at a price that's way better than getting it brand new.

These folks are top-notch, and the items are really great too. The after-sales support is outstanding. Mr. Qadeer is a real gem! 👍 We’ll definitely stick with this company for many years ahead.
